Whole Wheat Bean and Brown Rice Burritos

Ingredients

1 pouch of Grain Trust Organic Brown Rice

4 large whole wheat wraps

1 can black beans

1/2 cup bean sprouts

3 medium tomatoes, sliced

1/2 cup hummus

1 avocado, sliced

Directions

1Cook the Grain Trust Brown Rice according to the packet instructions. Set aside to cool.

2Heat a large pan (or crepe pan if you have one) over medium-low heat. Place your wrap on the pan and heat until soft and pliable. (If you’re using cheese, place 1/4 cup of the cheese on the wrap while it’s heated over the pan). Remove from the heat and place 1/4 of the Grain Trust packet in the middle of the wrap. Follow with the beans, sprouts, tomato, and any other toppings if you want. Fold two opposing sides in, turn, then roll the wrap into a burrito.

3 Enjoy with a side salad, hummus and carrots, or chips!
