Brown Rice with Teriyaki Tofu and Seaweed

1 quart Padma's Easy Exotic Organic Brown Rice

7 oz. Teriyaki Baked Tofu (cut into 1/4" cubes)

4 oz. Ocean Salad* (Seaweed) (can be substituted with cooked spinach or any leafy greens

1 tbsp Vegetable oil

1 Saute pan


1Heat oil in pan on high heat. Add tofu, stir and cook for 3 minutes.

2Set rice in microwave for 3 minutes.

3Remove tofu from heat. Add Ocean Salad, stir to blend.

4Remove rice from microwave and place on dish. Top with tofu and seaweed mix.

5Serve and Enjoy.
