1Cook the Grain Trust Jasmine Rice according to package directions.
2While the rice is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside.
3In a small saucepan, heat the butter, flour, and milk until warm, stirring constantly. Add the cheese, salt, paprika (if using), and pepper and stir to combine. The mixture should be creamy and thick. If you like a thinner consistency, add a Tbsp more milk and stir to incorporate.
4Once the cheese has melted, pour the mixture over your rice, following by the broccoli, and stir to combine.
