Ginger Honey Glazed Pork Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
1 pouch of Grain Trust Organic Jasmine Rice
1 red pepper thinly sliced
3/4 cupsnap peas, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 tspsesame oil
1/4 cupcilantro, roughly chopped
Ginger Honey Glaze
1 1/2 lbsboneless pork loin chopped into 1/4 inch strips
1 garlic cloves, minced
2 inch knob of ginger, minced
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cupwater
1/4 cupneutral flavored oil
1 tbsphoney
Directions
1Make the ginger honey glaze. Place all ingredients in a blender until just smooth.
2Heat the sesame oil in a large wok over medium heat. Add the pork and 1/3 cup of the ginger honey glaze. Cook the pork until browned on the outside, about 3-5 minutes. Add the red pepper, snap peas, and remaining sauce to the wok. Cook until the red peppers are just fork-tender.
3Meanwhile, cook the Grain Trust Jasmine Rice according to the packet instructions.
4To serve, add the jasmine rice and pork stir-fry to a bowl. Top with the chopped cilantro.
