Korean Beef and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 pouch of frozen Grain Trust Organic Jasmine Rice

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp sesame seads

1 medium zuchinni, diced

1/2 red onion, diced

2 medium carrots, sliced into strips

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp ginger, minced

2 tbsp neutral flavored cooking oil

3 cup fresh spinach

Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Add the steak and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate.

2Heat the cooking oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the onions and saute 1-3 minutes. Add the beef and saute for 2-3 minutes until just pink.

3Add the carrots and zucchini and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the spinach and cook until just wilted.

4Cook the frozen Grain Trust Organic Jasmine Rice according to the packet instructions.

5Serve over a bed of rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
