1Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and roast until lightly browned. Set aside.
2Return the same pan to the heat and add the olive oil. When the olive oil is warmed, add the garlic and cook until lightly browned. Add the asparagus and cook or 5-6 minutes, or until the asparagus are fork-tender.
3Meanwhile, cook the Grain Trust Brown Rice according to the packet instructions.
4To the pan with asparagus, add the cooked brown rice and pine nuts. Stir to combine.
