Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

1 pouch of Grain Trust Organic Jasmine Rice

1 lb sashimi grade ahi tuna cut into 1/2 cubes

2 sheets of Nori, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 cloves garlic, minced

1 knob ginger, minced

1/4 large onion, chopped

1 Thai chili, chopped

1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1 avocado, diced

1/4 salt


1Place the ahi tuna in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with the salt, followed by the green onions, sushi nori, garlic, ginger, onion, Thai chili, and chili garlic sauce. Stir to combine. Add the soy sauce and vinegar. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

2Meanwhile, cook the Grain Trust Jasmine Rice according to the packet instructions.

3To serve, place half the Grain Trust Jasmine Rice in a bowl. Place the ahi tuna on top, followed by the chopped avocado. Season with salt as needed.
