1Heat a large pot over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Add the onion and chicken. Cook over high heat until the chicken is lightly browned in spots but not completely cooked through, approximately 4 minutes. Add the soy sauce and cook for about 15 seconds. Remove the chicken and onion from heat and set aside. Lightly clean the pot with a paper towel.
2Return the pot to heat and add the remaining. Add the romanesco, snow peas, garlic, and ginger. Cook over high heat until tender and crispy, about 5 minutes.
3Meanwhile, cook the Grain Trust Organic Jasmine rice according to the packet instructions.
4Add the soy glazed chicken and onions to the pot along with the juices. Add the sweet chili sauce and cook until the chicken is cooked for another 5 minutes. Lastly, add the bean sprouts, basil, and lemon juice and mix well.
5Serve over the Jasmine Rice. Top with chili flakes and roasted pine nuts.
