1Marinate the steak: Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, and maple syrup in a large bowl. Add the steak and stir to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
2Make the chili-paste: Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process into a chunky paste.
3Make the Stir-Fry: Heat the olive oil in a large pan/wok over high heat until lightly smoking. Add the marinated steak and cook until well seared, about 1 minute. Add the chili-paste mixture, basil, and lime leaves and continue to cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
4Meanwhile, cook the Grain Trust Rice according to the packet instructions.
